One of our completed projects is the roofing and cladding work carried out at Bristol Grammar School, we were instructed to carry out hot melt waterproof coverings by Permatec along with Resitrix single ply membrane. The single ply system comprised of Resitrix SKW EPDM membrane, over existing vapour control layer and a new layer of 120mm thick Kingspan TR27 insulation. The building was finished off with a contrast of bronze and copper cladding that looks both modern and sophisticated.
